This patient attended with uneven upper front teeth which were hanging down and loose. There was also concern about the gaps that had opened up between the teeth and if we could realistically close the space with just two new implanted teeth. At the end of the treatment we managed to achieve brilliant results.
This patient had been a denture wearer for several years and was never happy with the bulky feel and looseness of his denture. We decided to have three individual implants to restore the gap. Not only did the outcome look great but the patient could finally enjoy biting into his steak!
